Charter: RING OF IRON
The Ring of Iron is devotion to craft. Art and functionality created to make a whole. It is necessary to create and keep a network of knowledgeable craftsmen within the Keepers of the Ring. The Ring of Iron’s duty to seek and share knowledge of the crafted item, help with the finding and acquiring of raw materials, help with the transport and selling of finished products, the storage of raw and finished goods, but most of all the construction of immaculate crafts.
Hierarchy
The Ring of Iron must be a loose base of craftsmen all working to better themselves and the Keepers. Therefore only a loose hierarchy will be put in place. The Guardian of Iron may also be known as the Quartermaster, and he/she will control the flow of goods between the Rings as people need them. Underneath is an Assistant Quartermaster to assist as the Quartermaster needs. The Assistant Quartermaster will be appointed by the Quartermaster from the Wardens of Iron. As the Ring expands there may be created Guilds devoted to specific crafts. A Weaponsmith Guild or a Jeweler’s Guild are examples of those that may be created as the Keepers of the Ring need. Each Head of the Crafting Guild would be chosen by the members of the Ring of Iron who create that kind of item. The Head of the Weaponsmiths would be chosen by the Keepers who create weapons from the pool of Wardens of Iron who create weapons. Any member of the Keepers of the Circle may be a member of a Crafters Guild without being a member of the Ring of Iron. Only members of the Ring of Iron may be a head of a Guild and is allowed a vote on the head of a Crafter Guild.
