So there are a few other Rings establishing rosters for themselves. Is that something we should we want to get started with?

I think its a good idea for all the rings to do so. Then we have an easier way to quickly see who's in what ring, and how important that ring is to said person.

It seems to me that just about any individual interested in using a type of magic should at least be involved with the Ring of Crystal. The Ring of Light will certainly take a Divine focus on our spellcasting, but I feel that if we can effectively cooperate with Crystal, it will only enhance our spells and increase the speed at which we can learn them.
Light and Steel have cross-training measures established for our martial discipline. Maybe Light and Crystal should do someone similar except with a casting focus?
