Well, I guess it's up to us to start beating the drums louder. Do rain dances work for money?

You know, given your comments on the Paizo forums about being 6'2" and built like a tank, I think I'd rather you keep your clothes on.... =P

=[ I'm losing weight before I set about to rebuild. Six years of college/bachelor life have ruined my once glorious body. But there's a niche market for everything.

So it sounds like at least of few of you already know each other from before this Kickstarter. Do you guys play tabletops together or have you played in MMOs with each other before? Who else is totally new like me?

I brought in Karter, Cal, Leo, Augustine, Braith, Ash (temp name, I think), and Bristol. I've known all of them (except Ash, who is my lady) for years and been good friends with them IRL - we went to school together and/or played tabletop together. Currently, Leo, Cal, Braith, Augustine and Bristol are all running tabletop games. I'm the lazy one playing in all of them right now (which is why they're on here less than I am - they're busy creating content for everyone to play). I'm working on a D100 tabletop system I'm trying to get ready for some good alpha testing mid-late spring and something resembling beta over the summer.
Everyone else came on board naturally - I was originally looking for a way to get us all online together as geography and life separates us as time goes on. I'm incredibly glad that things are falling into place and we're getting people from all over the place on board. That's a recipe for success.
I'm really, truly glad to have a year and a half to get to know everyone better before release. I foresee us being a strong, happy community. That's my devout hope, anyway.

I'm not new to MMOs myself. I've played City of Heroes/Villians, LotR, D&D (ever so briefly), SWTOR, and I played WoW too seriously for too long (being one of a few dedicated raid healers cause too much stress, mental, and physical wear....). I love playing MMOs with people but I am just not as good as everyone else usually so I tend to get frustrated and give up. Mostly meaning I can't hold my own in PvP situations. So while open PvP in PFO frightens me, it looks like there are going to be a lot of other options for me to do and avoid PvP. I am really loving the idea of being able to contribute the way I want to contribute and still have a meaningful benefit to my community (you guys).
I currently DM a D&D 4E campaign and just started playing in a Pathfinder campaign (though it isn't set in Glorian (I might have spelled that wrong but am too lazy to check right now..)) I am trying to get my fellow tabletop members interested in this too, but it is kind of hard to make a commitment to a game that is potentially 2-3 years away. So even though I am not currently backing at the Early Enrollment level (I'm still trying to wear my fiance down on letting me) I really want to join a group that I could want to stay involved with until game time.

Braith I know has some experience running PFRPG over G+ and I plan on tapping him for his knowledge when my game system is ready for alpha/beta to get some of my more far-flung friends and gamers involved in testing. I might run a game or two and would be willing to play (time for other things considered) in an online game. I hope we all remain active and engaged here and on Paizo's forums though! We'll have more and more to do as time goes on, I think.

90 lbs in 7 months, and then I start my bulk/cut cycle. Time to reclaim what beer and laziness stole.

I'm also new to the group, but I've been settling in well (for me anyway, Hroderich may disagree. =P)
@nym Whoo, go COH! =P Started that game a week after launch, was there when they turned off the lights.
