Please discuss below!
Also, we're going to need a volunteer to get this shipshape for us.
Thank you!

I think I like the rings attached with a cord. The cord representing the members holding the Guild together.

RINGS THAT MAKE MORE RINGS.
YO DAWG I HEARD YOU LIEK RINGS AND CIRCLES.
That's my argument.

In all seriousness, I'm a huge fan of a type of "eternal image," one which never ends. Having multiple circles make up a larger circle speaks of many pieces to an unending whole. There's lots of meaning in that.

I thought there where 8 rings, am I missing something?

I'd been pondering this recently on my own, and had grown fond of the interlocking rings in a circle approach. The question with that is, should the rings be different to match out nine rings? (a ring of shadow, a ring of light, a ring of gold..) or should we keep it simple and just go with uniform rings in a circle. At first I was thinking indicative rings might be nice, but further reflection leads me to believe it might just seem "busy", and the simple approach may be more elegant.

I'm thinking like the Olypics rings, just have them be different colors.

Eight rings forming a circle* Eight Rings wound through a rope* The third one represents the eight rings + the Circle. That's where I derped, sorry!
I like the idea of the eight rings forming a single circle (And interlocking, of course). Maybe alternating colors, maybe just simple gray? Then Each Ring could add their own symbol to their clothing/pages/etc (Sword, Lantern, Tree, Book, Coin, Hammer, whatever).

Well, I actually had a thought for the individual ring icons as well. If we go with the interlocking rings for the circle icon, each ring could have something similar, but have the circle at the top larger, with their own icon inside it.

I also like the 8 rings interlocked and in a circle idea - simple is always good for icons or any sort of "heraldry".
