Interlocking rings forming a circle that will never be broken sounds very fitting.
I would also prefer a very simplistic presentation for the rings with a single, "non-aggressive" color.

Since eight rings forming a circle is in the lead, and also what I personally would prefer, I have a couple rough drafts I would like to submit. These formed while I was working on the officer positions graphics. Let em know if you like any of these and I can make some touch ups to make it easier to see the rings actually interlocking with each other. First is a simple ring design. Attachments:

Next is a more complex sigil style design. It is still only eight rings, but this time encompassed in a 9th ring to reinforce that the rings all come together interlocking with each other to form a single unified circle. Attachments:

And if it helps anyone a color version to better see how the circles are interlocking. Once again if you like it let me know and I can touch it up to make it easier to see. Attachments:

I actually really like the symbolism in the second one. At the core, the rings all interlock to form a tighter circle.

I like the all black sigil style design, but I also like the image you made with the 3 circles on the elections thread. Is it possible to see what it looks like without the words?

I very much like imagery that shows each ring interlocking all other rings--it reinforces that we all work together. Guardians and the Watcher/Sentinel could emphasize the "flower" design in the middle denoting their close ties. We could also look to align the rings in such a way that the most tightly linked are next to one another, while the opposed (e.g. Light and Shadow) are on opposite sides. I know that won't work entirely for all Rings, but figre giving it a shot is worthwile. Maybe something like (this is nowhere near perfect/finished:
Iron-->Gold-->Light-->Earth-->Wood-->Steel-->Shadow-->Crystal

That second black sigil design is very cool. I also like the idea that Erian brought up that the central design would be representing the Inner Circle.

If we want a symbol for the inner circle, I like the idea of using the eight-pointed star and circle that occurs naturally at the intersection of the rings. Attachments:

Dario I think that is a great idea. The image as a whole for the entire group and that center image for the inner circle.

Well, it gives you another Circle at the center, for the Keeper and the Sentinel, and a point for each guardian. =P

Absolutely love the eight rings within a circle and Dario's Inner Circle recommendation. Symbolism works, it's simple, and immediately recognizable (or will be, I think).
