Second is how I am envisioning the various rings and circles. I added color to help separate the rings, since as all black they blended together. They are just placeholder colors. I also didn't label each ring for space reasons. It also didn't seem like it was necessary, since each ring has the same warden set up. I know a couple things like if keepers are part of a circle or just general are still being decided, so I will edit the graphics as appropriate. Attachments:

I like both of these. I think the circle graph is more correct, but I think it is more complicated with Rings being connected to more than 2 other Rings. The relationships might be too tough to show on a graph, though, so this works very well. I love it, Zaluke

Thank you. Wow Nymerias you are quick. It was three minutes between the graphic posts and you were able to sneak a comment in.
Gintigael Gemweaver, if you want to see a more complex interlocking of the rings check out my suggestion in the group icon thread. Unfortunately making it that tight of a circle didn't leave enough room to add text unless I blew the image up rather large.

If you take the words out of the Circle graph that is how I envisioned our emblem. Simple lines with rings and three tiers of circles holding them together.
I don't think it is really possible to graphically show how connected all the rings really are, unless you have all nine linked together tightly in the center. I don't think this image is implying that each ring only works with two others, I think it just serves to show the rank circles and the rings together.

Hey Cal, when you get a chance, let's go ahead and confirm everything but Crystal. I'm still waiting to hear back from Rufus on whether or not he actually wanted to run for the position.

Well then, congratulations are in order! Thank you to everyone who wanted to step up to the plate! I think you are all going to be wonderful as leaders and are going to really help this group get off to a great start! Don't forget that delegating is not a sign of poor leadership. That being said if you need me I will lend a hand as best I can always.

Some how I totaly mist the Poll section entirely, and yet I'm nominated and seconded for a Guardian position... I guess it's only appropriate for me to accept the nomination before some one tells me it was already voted on and I'm already it...

Hey Cal, when you get a chance, let's go ahead and confirm everything but Crystal. I'm still waiting to hear back from Rufus on whether or not he actually wanted to run for the position. I just think it would be useful to try things out and have a vote in one of the areas. That way we get a chance to test run the voting process. As no other areas are contested, let's have a vote on Crystal? Ruf

Ruf, Aggra chose to step down with you wanting to step up - life got in the way of her being as active and informed as she wanted, and it wouldn't be fair (in her mind) for her to take a position someone else is better suited to having. She declared for it back when there were the six people on the first guild pledge.

Is there a document or thread somewhere that outlines the duties/responsibilities or Sentinel and Watcher? Are those even created? What kind of powers do these positions have, and what kind of checks and balances are set up to make sure there's no abuse of power going on?
Should there be a set of bylaws or a charter created to lay all of this out?

Not yet. It's one of the things we're going to be working on in the near future.

Are we really going to elect people to positions when their duties and powers haven't even been determined yet?
